At Phoenix PSF (www.phoenixpsf.lu) we are working with Lucidio Solutions for the payroll services of our Teleworkers from Bulgaria.
Our Bulgarian staff are registered on the payroll of our Luxembourg company, but because the staff works remotely they need to be considered for Bulgarian wage tax and social security.
The payroll information is presented transparent and produced timely.
We are also very pleased with the payments of wage taxes and social security contributions which Lucidio Solutions performs on our behalf through their Bulgarian accounts.
Lucidio Solutions has been very supportive in the set-up process and we appreciate their accessibility and transparency.

Sylsch is working with Lucidio Solutions on behalf of some of our clients that use Bulgarian employees to work on their own IT-systems in the Netherlands and therefore on the payroll in NL.
To comply with EU regulations and Bulgarian fiscal rules the Dutch companies need to withhold Bulgarian wage tax and general contribution for social security which need to be paid to the Bulgarian government.
Lucidio has a great team that is very responsive and always willing to explain / assist.
The only comment I would make is that banking details provided by their bank are not very detailed, but that is maybe more the banks fault.
